We are an Australian based dental device manufacturer, based in Clayton, Victoria.  We are a dynamic, fast growing company and are passionate about the innovative products and services we deliver throughout Australia and New Zealand.

To further strengthen our team in Australia we are looking for an experienced Sales Representative who will achieve and exceed sales and service goals within their assigned region.

Main tasks:

  • Establish a sales plan, following the overall company business strategy and goals
  • Increase turnover
  • Increase market share
  • Grow the client base
  • Sales and support of our digital software/hardware programs and equipment
  • Maintain regular contact with the existing customers to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction with products, solutions and services
  • Hold information and training sessions on products, solutions and services
  • Plan, implement and monitor the success of sales and marketing activities
  • Coordinate and represent the Company at seminars, fairs, conferences and trade shows
  • Study and stay informed on products, technologies, clinical studies and competitive activities
  • Establish and maintain travel schedule to visit existing and potential customers

The Person:  

  • Minimum 3-5 years documented experience as a Sales Representative preferably from the dental business, with a strong clinical and/or digital background
  • You have an education either within the dental field or within sales and marketing
  • Organised and structured person, with a sense of urgency to perform and eagerness to show result in sales
  • Flexible and service driven personality
  • The ability to work independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Driver’s license
